In some cases, there might be an unsupported riser that MIGHT be compatible with one of ours. For this, the quickest way to rule out that it isn’t or proceed with investigating the compatibility is to provide us with some specific photos of the riser in question, so we can correlate our own measurements.

The best way to go about photographing is to use your mobile phone, in as much zoom as you can, from a perpendicular point to the plane you are photographing (meaning directly above the riser so the mm paper is parallel to the camera and as far as possible so the lens of the camera does not distort the image).

Below you will find the three views that are most important. A side view with a mm/inch paper ON the plane of the riser, screwed on the riser. This provides the best way to get the measurements of the contour of the riser.
