COLORS
Despite our best efforts to provide accurate images of each product’s color, we acknowledge that actual colors may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control. These factors include different device screen settings, lighting conditions in the installation location, slight variations in product finishes over time, and other factors. Please be aware that there might be minor color differences between what you see on your screen and the actual product.
Additionally, as wood is a natural material, please understand that wood color and grain patterns may vary from one product to another. Each piece of wood has its unique characteristics, making each item one-of-a-kind.
3D PRINTED TEXTURE
3D printed grips (plastic) may show minor manufacturing artifacts (print lines, ghosting etc). While every effort is made to produce a perfect 3d printed grip, these artifacts may still be visible.
DIMENSIONS/TOLERANCES
Risers are manufactured to a wide range of machining tolerances (usually that is heavily dependent on the price of the riser). We allow for those tolerances to the best of our ability so models from the same series/manufacturer can be accommodated. For this reason, and depending on your riser, minute gaps may be present and do not constitute a reason for a refund/replacement.
Here’s what you need to know about the recent changes:
While new import tariffs have been introduced, they only apply to orders shipped to the USA if the total value exceeds $800 (including postage).
This means all orders under $800 will continue to pass through customs without any additional fees or charges.
Our workshop is based in Greece, so shipments within the EU are not affected. For all non-EU countries, import conditions remain the same as before.
