Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the product, being custom build for each order, it is not possible to restock grips. Moreover, CoViD 19 makes it even harder to sell a second-hand grip. So, before returning a grip, please contact us first.
After contact and approval of the return, you may send the product back to:

Upon receipt of the item, a refund will be issued to you, for the amount of your purchase (or item if it is a partial return), minus the postage.
In case of a tracked return, refund will be issued upon receipt of the tracking number.
