LIMITED WARRANTY

Nothing in this warranty purports to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim, exclude or suspend any mandatory warranty requirements provided or non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the law. This warranty gives you additional protection for your R-Core product, as delivered new in its packaging to the original end-user purchaser (“Product”), subject to the exclusions, terms and conditions herein.
This Product is warranted for the specified Warranty Period (thirty days) from the date of original retail purchase against defects in quality and materials under normal, non-commercial use.
Unless otherwise specified, this warranty only covers the defects in material, design and workmanship of the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied.
This limited warranty is valid worldwide and only applies to Products manufactured by or for R-Core that can be identified by the original “R” trademark, trade name or logo affixed to them, and purchased from our online store.
This warranty is not transferable.
For the avoidance of doubt, minor imperfections within design specifications and that do not materially alter functionality of the Product are not considered a defect under this warranty.
If any section, provision, clause, sentence or part thereof of this warranty is held to be void, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

The above means that we’ll do our best to keep our customers happy. If something bad happens to your grip due to our fault, we’ll sort it out for you!

CUSTOM ORDERS

All the R-Core products (except the Stock grips) are made to the specifications of the customer. Material, angles, handedness, pattern, and lifeline ridge are chosen to accommodate your request. Since the products are custom made specifically for you it takes us some days to complete the manufacturing of an order. The estimated shipping time (from order to putting the grip in the post) for the plastic grips is 5 business days, for the glass grips 10 business days and for the wooden grips 15 business days but that always depends on how many orders are ahead of yours.
DELIVERY TIMING-SHIPPING
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We are located in Thessaloniki, Greece. We ship all around the world with UPS. Generally, it takes 3-4 days for express delivery or 5-7 days for the standard delivery, but the delivery time might vary for some destinations and unexpected delays may occur.
We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our designs, but please note that these times are estimates only. All listed shipping times are only applicable to business days (which excludes weekends and major Greek holidays).
Once your order is ready to be shipped, it will be carefully packed in our signature packaging and delivered to your specified address with no hassle at all.
Please note that R-Core does not deliver to Post Boxes.

DUTIES/ TAXES

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the country of destination, R-Core is not responsible for such charges.

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

While we try our very best to provide quality products that you will love, we understand there are circumstances in which there is an issue with a purchased product. If you receive any defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to help you in an orderly manner. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
We strongly suggest mailing your return with tracking services. R-Core is not responsible for lost packages in transit to be returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you should need to cancel your order for any reason, inform us immediately at [email protected] Please reach out to us with any questions.
Also, R-Core retains the right to refuse or cancel and refund any order by a customer who is being rude, disrespectful to our staff and/or unreasonable about their order. If we do make an error, we will correct it as quickly as possible.
