The RCore philosopy. Material and Riser-agnostic engineering

The Infinite Customization Matrix

We take pride in our digital-first process for producing our products.

Our base designs are blueprints, or even better,  infinite frameworks. Our models are not just a “small, medium, or large”. We offer a truly bespoke engineering service.

And, while we offer a standard set of professional profiles, every single parameter of the grip can be adjusted. The digital geometry of the grip is manipulated from top level variables like angle, slant, width down to minute details like sear edge profiles, screw placement, extra features like aiming raised shelves, wrap-around designs, custom graphics and antislip patterns and even to details just for fun.

The Grip Angle & Slant: Precise degree adjustments to match your specific wrist alignment and eliminate torque.

Edge Creases & Thumb Grooves: Sculpting the “anchor points” of the grip to match your unique hand anatomy.

Proportional Scaling: Any design can be scaled to perfectly fit any hand size—from youth archers to those with larger hands—while maintaining a flawless fit to the riser.

Universal Parameter Adjustment: Beyond the basics, palm swell thickness, throat depth, surface texture, and a lot of other parameters can all be adjusted. If there is a variable in the interface between your hand and the bow, we can control it.

Design Without Limits: Riser and Material-Agnostic Engineering

At Rcore, we view the grip first as a mathematical challenge. Our designs are material-agnostic—meaning the ergonomic perfection we’ve engineered exists independently of the substance it is made from or the riser it is going on. This guarantees that even if you change your riser, the grip experience will remain the same.

It is not just a “plastic grip” or a “wood grip”. it begins with a constantly updated and maintained master library of precision geometries that can be used to immediately create products in whatever material the archer or the environment requires. Whether you need the traditional warmth of wood, the high-tech transparency of our glass-like polymers, or the rugged durability and shine of automotive-finished composites, the ergonomic “DNA” remains the same.

Engineering, Not "Hobby" Printing

It is important to distinguish between a hobbyist with his new 3d printer and a professional industrial partner. These two provide vastly different results.

We are a professional manufacturing facility backed by years of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and industrial manufacturing experience.

Precision Geometry: We have spent hundreds of hours engineering the exact tolerances of over 80 different riser models to ensure a “zero-play” fit. Also, many manufacturers provide us with their CAD geometries for the grip interfaces of their risers, to ensure RCore support.

Industrial Material Science: The materials we use are specialized technical polymers and composites chosen for their strength, environmental resistance and aesthetic result.

Professional Workflows: Every grip is the result of a sophisticated digital-to-physical pipeline. This expertise allows RCore to provide a level of modification that traditional injection molding, mold-casting  and hobbyist 3d printing simply cannot achieve.

Why Total Agility Wins

Most manufacturers are locked into “Static Production.” They make one silicone or steel mold, and they are stuck with it for years. As a specialized custom shop, Rcore operates with Total Agility. If a top-tier archer needs a specific adjustment, there is no need for a new factory mold or a six-month lead time. The digital geometry is updated and directly manufactured into a finished, competition-ready product in days.

Your Hand, Your Shot, Your Grip

Archery is a sport of millimeters. If your grip is “almost” right, your shot is “almost” there. We aren’t just making grips; we are providing the final piece of the precision puzzle through professional engineering.

“Standard” is no longer an option.
